Shipping policy
FUNKBRELLA offers FREE SHIPPING on all domestic orders.
International shipping is a flat low fee of $42.00 per order.
FUNKBRELLA domestic orders take 2 business days to process, plus transit time. Based on location, transit time can run anywhere from 3 – 7 days. Upgrades in shipping will decrease ship time.
FUNKBRELLA ships worldwide. International orders take 2 business days to process, plus transit time; International orders will be shipped DHL Express and will take 5 - 15 days on average, depending on its destination. All international customers are subject to the customs laws, duties and taxes of the destination country. We do our best to prevent packages being held at customs, however custom delays are out of our control. It is your responsibility to recover your package from the customs office, in the event of a delay. FUNKBRELLA is not responsible for any items lost, stolen or damaged in International transit. However, if your package is returned to us for any reason, we will notify you by email. If you do not respond within 5 business days, we will return the item(s) into our stock and refund you the amount of the order, less the shipping.
If you have entered incorrect shipping information and fail to notify us before your order ships, you will be contacted when/if the carrier returns the package to our warehouse. If you do not respond within 5 business days, we will return the item(s) into our inventory and refund the full amount of the order, less the shipping, and credit card transaction fees. If your package is re-shipped, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
